This week our small OpenIDEO Team of 5 have all come together for the first time from our global locations to California – for a week of sharing, reflecting and planning. So all 17 000 of you have been very much in our minds! We've been discussing exciting new developments – challenges, features and tools – including your feedback, both direct and via our User Forums. To get focused at the front end of the day, some of us went for a board-meeting of sorts out in the surf while others opted for yoga on the beach – quite different to our usual interaction across time zones and locations. Then in true OpenIDEO style, we've been iterating, concepting, building and refining ideas on how to support, nurture, motivate and celebrate our awesome and growing community.

Meanwhile, over on the Grameen Social Business Challenge, the Evaluation Phase is coming to a close very soon. This is your last chance to help us select winners from the diverse Top 20 concepts, to help make a difference to health in low-income communities. We're excited to be reviewing the concepts and what our community has to say about them in the lead up to our announcement of winners next week.

Oh – and we've got a brand new challenge coming up just around the corner – because you've got us hooked on collaboration!
