In this round please refresh your memory of the brief and applaud for the concepts that you feel most successfully meet the needs of Affordable Private Schools in extremely affordable ways!

Adopt a school allows users like you and me to log into social networks where we can view a local map of schools, non-profits and donors in a community, village or a city. We can then look at needs that a school may have which could range from getting additional tutors, to setting up an after school program, to find a way to pay their electricity bills, to health insurance for kids, food programs and so on. Our goals are then to bridge these gaps by helping the schools connect with one or more NGO's or donors. And once we are successful in bridging them, sustaining those bridges. This might mean calling them, or writing a letter or visiting if you are in the same are. But basically as users helping the school bridge these needs gaps by building a local network of community members and organizations to build up the school, and try to make it more sustainable.

Healthcare in India is a shining example of frugal innovation. One of the characteristics is a subsidy system in which those who can afford it pay more to finance a lower cost health care for those who cannot afford it. One of the ways this is done is by creating large scale healthcare organizations. This system could be translated into education as well. Where institutions charge tuitions based on income of parents.
