These mobile town hall spaces will: 1. help define specific issues faced by the community 2. centralize the voice of the community, streamline communication between the community, governments and other local stakeholders (business, industry) 3. position the community to help develop and effectively roll out action plans A centralized command post for mobile town halls all over the world can provide support and resources.
