Detroit Needs You

Can we create situations where it becomes attractive for particular demographics and empower them to help rebuild Detroit?
Lafayette Park, already in Detroit has attracted new residents to repopulate and customize existing Mies buildings.  We can imagine building new community base on particular demographic needs. Detroit encouraging and empowering the citizenry to rebuild neighborhoods.
