Detroit-The Green City Documentary

Cool fact right in the beginning. Detroit has 40 square miles of vacant land that has been accumulating increased vegetation. Seems like groups are taking up the cause already to create sustainable urban farms.
The video is a little cheesy and I haven;t been able to find the whole documentary yet but it goes to show that there is a large opportunity for Detroit right now. If it's not farming then whats another way to capitalize on this land?
