Living Parks
Seattle's Olympic Park was transformed from a industrial abandoned zone to a living park in 2007. The park was designed to restore the site to as pristine of an ecosystem as possible while preserving public access. This art field park space includes representative ecosystems of the Pacific Northwest alongside sculptures on the water's edge. The design of this park links the city's interest in art, architecture, and conservation.
