My company bike

Let employers pay for public bikes instead of for a company car.
I've lived in Barcelona for a few months and there they have Bicing, a bike rental system similar to "velib", It costs about €35 a year to use. Employers could pay this fee to encourage their employees to come by bike. 
For a company this is way cheaper than providing a car or still a lot cheaper than paying for subway or busses.
And after a bike ride employees will arrive much more awake at work (I can tell, I bike about 10km to work each day.)
Or for startup companies maybe one year of free bike use could be provided.

To create a community feeling, put wacky bells or trumpets on the bikes, that way bikers can greet each other :)

Next to that you could create a platform where companies can place requests to put parking spaces for these public bikes close to the companies. For the provider of the public bikes infrastructure it could give a very quick overview where there is a bigger density of commuters.
