Restoring Vibrancy Without Losing Soul

The importance of restoring vibrancy without losing the soul of a community.
One thing that comes to mind when talking about restoring vibrancy in our communities that are facing economic decline would be that it is very important to remember to keep the key characteristics of the neighborhood in tact. 

I believe that chains are a key component of our countries capitalistic success but "restoring vibrancy" does not mean losing the soul of the community and building chains on each block. With city planning it is important to find a perfect balance between the local and national vendors or a neighborhood.

Hi Lindsay, interesting post! Any chance you could find an image to go along with it? Images help grab attention and tell a story with higher impact. We know occasionally people have issues uploading images so let us know if you face any problems.
