In the last years companies started to outsource manufacturing to poorer countries in order to reduce costs.
And a lot of people in those poorer countries tried the opposite: they migrate to richer countries looking for better opportunities.
But the rules are the opposite for them: richer countries closes the frontiers to foreign people, while poor countries opens them to companies –sometimes by relaxing taxes or laws to favor the installations of new factories.
Governments have to think in the promotion of a better approach to globalization.
Not to reduce production costs, but to share knowledge and allow underdeveloped countries to grow.
How to provide equal opportunities by changing the way that companies do outsourcing?

AVAILABLE WATER FOR ALL. How to allow provision of this raw material for the whole of humanity? Each knows ( for it no need of statistics ) that water rarefies itself , that water is unevenly distributed on the globe surface and that water ( not for packaging but for detection, production and preservation ) becomes object of eager speculations.
Besides this , the more an entity is rare, the better is its value, indeed its preciousness character fully come out.
There is many perceptions of its preciousness some people want to guarantee its regular supply without additional constraints, others aim to treat it like any commodity or product under rough or oppressive trade conditions
How to allow provision of water for the whole of humanity?

The focus on innovation in different sectors, such as technology, government, philanthropy, business and non-profits is exciting. As we explore the reach of technology, in our world-wide life, we are missing an important ingredient for success.
As we look at generating new ideas, we have to be equally interested in the organizational systems charged with implementing these changes. Our current organizational systems were not designed to support innovation. So even if an idea is remarkable, the delivery system may not be capable of doing the job.
A focus on systems design from conception to implementation needs to go hand in hand with new ideas. In many cases we already have the capacity, resources, knowledge and skills needed, they just need to be deployed and leveraged in new ways.
We have examples every day of redundancy, duplication of effort and spending the same dollar over and over again. Organizational re-design is part of innovation.

Design thinking aims to discover the real needs of customers and this means that an organization’s strategy should be customer focused. A customer focus, however, can run into barriers when parts of the organization have different objectives like pushing products or ROI. There is still a need for clearer models of how to align the whole organization and all the functions to customer metrics: sales, marketing, product development, operations, management, accounting, finance, and human resources. For example, how does marketing represent customer needs in meetings in a way that meshes with the criteria of finance? If design thinking is inserted into traditional organizations that are incompatible, then designs are not as likely to be supported and faithfully produced and delivered. How can we create models of organizations to implement design thinking to serve customers and stakeholders?
