He serves as Executive Creative Director of Retrospective Design, his professional boutique design & communications studio, where he leads a team of diversely trained individuals. Together, they produce some of the most visually breathtaking and sophisticated multi-media available on the market. As chief creative and executive he hand picks clients and projects, ensuring that they will represent the studio's mission to create the most premeire in visual experiences.

Retrospective Design's clientele come from various "walks of life", from corporate to independent music professionals. Cory's favorite are amongst luxury automobile & fashion industries, but the independent music professionals are the ones he relates to best (being a musician, himself).
