I am a globally-focused change agent; passionate about developing talent, helping people embrace change, and keeping sharp people on board. I feel strongly that its important to remember that no matter how big or small the audience, company, organization, community, etc. change is about each individual person. I am a believer in action.

I have led transformational and transitional change and organizational development initiatives impacting up to 280,000 people and on multiple frontiers: organizational reorgs/downsizing/offshoring, technical implementations, transformation in benefits/wellness plans and healthcare management model, and merger integrations (to just name a few!).

I am active in my community and a long time contributor to and volunteer for non-profits in education, international development, disaster support, child welfare, foreign affairs and my local community.
