I am a mechanical engineer by education and a product designer by trade. I am currently at the University of Southern California working on a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, focusing on how collaboration can improve creativity in the product design process. While my academic work is on the highly theoretical level, I am a hands on designer at heart. I love getting my hands "dirty" and creating useful, functional products.
