The dockside market is a build from the "Floating Markets" concept, as well as historical precedents such as Ponte Vecchio, Pikes Place Market and Boat City of Aberdeen Harbor. Food production takes advantage of unused property along canals, and a barge regularly transports the goods to urban locations. (Similar to the truck delivery, except on a boat)

Kirk, I really enjoy collaborating with you! I like how you present and visualise your concepts and I also like the in-depth anaylsis you make on existing solutions and adapting them to our current challenges (i.e. One Laptop Per Child project)
