Maybe it is about education, maybe it is about connection. Teachers in these countries do their best - with the help of motivated volunteers from "developed countries" they might do even better. I think that inspired teachers can train kids to live inspired lives. That is, I think, what should be encouraged: By social network for ressources, methods, expertise and maybe even an exchange program for teachers in their home-countries.
