"Well my heart is where it's always been my head is somewhere in between // We are smarter together than any of us is alone"

I am an engineer who studied a mix of IT and Computer Science with passion for drawing and photography. I have also participated in Ericsson's 18-months leadership program for new grads and I am fascinated by the way people think and what makes them act different ways, as well as I am deeply interested in creativity, innovation and motivation theory.

During the 5 years I have worked since graduating I did work as a software developer, as an innovation manager, as an innovator and business developer, as a market researcher and analyst and recently as a project manager for setting up a new talent management program in Ericsson.

I also love to blog in a constructive way, but recently have done it mostly internally in my company. Some of those posts are now available at http://376broadway.wordpress.com/ while some photos I took can be seen here: http://376broadway.wordpress.com/pics/.

Identify-Demolish-Separate-Recycle-Sell-Reuse

The community identifies abandoned buildings and streets using their mobile phones by checking in at those places. The local government selects a number of them quarterly and demolishes them. The community helps separate the leftover rubble into recyclable categories. Recycling takes effect and the results of it are stored and their quantities uploaded to the initiative's web shop. Community members who helped separating the rubble get store credit. Reuse is done when someone pays for the recycled material and uses it. Additionally the government could monitor the needs of the buyers through the website (add wish list function) and decide based on this information which building should be next recycled.
