I have been using computers since before the internet, which maybe makes me a real geek, but I'm more fascinated with the way they continue to influence humans and their interactions.
Ray Davidson, PhD, is the former Dean of Academic Affairs for the SANS Technology Institute. He continues to serve as a mentor, subject matter expert and technical reviewer for the SANS Institute and holds several GIAC certifications. Ray started his career as a research scientist and subsequently led global security projects for a major pharmaceutical company. He has taught at the college level and worked at a security startup. Currently he serves as Program Manager for the Michigan Cyber Civilian Corps, a team of trained volunteers who assist in responding to cyber emergencies.
