These clients include Nike, Netflix, Warner Music Group, EE, RAF, The University of Oxford and many more. This has included leading strategy across a wide range of industries and briefs, but with a speciality on product/service design. I’ve developed and launched a nationwide digital skills service. Formed part of a design sprint on Loneliness in London. Created a strategic approach for the UK Police’s use of social media. Launched Netflix originals. Developed a financial capability service. Ran organisational design strategy for both Warner Music Group and the RAF. Led research for Nike on their approach to sustainability.
